South Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency will accelerate the water channel construction on Jalan Moh. Kahfi I, RT 05/01, Ciganjur, Jagakarsa that has been started since February 13, 2020.

Our target is to finish the construction around June 15-17

South Jakarta SDA Sub-agency's Maintenance Section head, Junjung conveyed, channel will be built with length 162 meters and width 1.2 meters. His side targeted to finish it until mid of June.

"Currently the process reaches 85 percent. Our target is to finish the construction around June 15-17," he asserted, Thursday (6/4).

Previously, his side deployed 6 Jagakarsa Sub-district SDA personnel with assistance 19 PPSU personnel from Ciganjur Urban Village. But then, due to COVID-19 pandemic, his side continue the construction by using excavator.

"During the COVID-19 pandemic, we use heavy equipment for the construction, but the work is often hampered due to many utility poles in the area," he explained.
